This run was around 20 minutes. I removed the deaths to make this more concise.

------- Conveyor Belt ------- 0:00:35 - 0:00:56
II. Chains of Avaritia ----- 0:00:57 - 0:01:09
------- Conveyor Belt ------- 0:01:16 - 0:01:37
III. Chains of Luxuria ---- 0:01:38 - 0:02:45
------- Conveyor Belt ------- 0:02:55 - 0:03:16
IV. Chains of Despair ---- 0:03:17 - 0:04:26

Pattern 1: Vertical Chains (Left/Right)
Pattern 2: Horizontal Chains (Top/Bottom)
Pattern 3: Wide Rectangle (Closer to top)
Pattern 4: Narrow Rectangle (Closer to bottom)

Top Chains:
1. Move left/right after Pattern 1.
2. Stay during Patterns 2 and 3. 
3. Move up and kick during Pattern 4. 
4. Return to the middle.

Bottom Chains:
1. Move left/right after Pattern 1.
2. Stay during Pattern 2.
3. Move down and kick during Pattern 3. 
4. Return to the middle.

This was just my personal strategy for Chains of Despair, considering that I'm the type that sometimes needs to take my time with pattern recognition to get my rhythm and timing right.
