Gründerzeit Apartment 1

This building is an apartment built in the Gründerzeit architectural style, which was popular during the period of the industrial revolution. Such buildings are found all over central Europe, and are a prominent element in many cities in that region.

This particular apartment is based on one found in the city of Gliwice in Upper Silesia, on Nowy Świat street.

This is a level 2 high density residential building.

Find it search term: "grunderzeit"

Does not come with any decoration props — use chimney props from the workshop (I recommend those by Gèze and Feindbild), antennae, satellite dishes, etc. to make it look realistic.

If you aren't satisfied with the roof texture, you can use Ronyx69's roof networks to have better looking roofing.
