Just to throw it out there you can play it in VR with VorpX. Usually official support occurs within a few months, but people already have it working too :) https://www.vorpx.com/forums/topic/everspace-2-with-trackir/

you use option for disable inertia assist? make ship feel more lice star citizens, and also is good to enable for drift

I have the index and HIGHLY recommend it. Esp since you seem ti have the loot for the gpu power. I ran my Vive on a 1080ti and it was great. Im using a 3070ti for my index and i could honestly use a bit more juice. Not that its necessary but I have 144 htz but cant push that so it bothers me.
