Riki (the Stealth Assassin) is a melee agility carry hero mainly played in the safe-lane. Riki is a bit broken in this patch due to his Aghanim scepter upgrade which updated his "Tricks of the Trade" ability. Now, with Riki's 3rd ability (including Scepter) you can perform instant attacks at 0.6s interval for upto 6 instances to a single enemy unit (max. 2 units upto 12 instances). It can also be cast on an ally which makes it easy to engage/disengage in a team-fight. Since, the "Cloak and Dagger" agility multiplier buff is also applied here, you can burst enormous amount of physical damage in a short amount of time.
