Rules of the Game
1. Add an exercise for each time you are downed.
2. Winning a game means you don't have to do anything. (Unless you want to get them gains!)
Lose the game
You might have got some RP but choked when it really mattered. You need to build a stronger chest if you're going to carry your teammates.

10 Push-ups
Downed by a Gun
You were riddled with bullets from everything from heavy ammo to Sheila. Shake them out and try again.

20 Russian Twists
Domed in the Head
Looks like you got headshot while rotating to the ring. Clearly you need to need to exercise your neck since you weren't looking around.

Lying Face Down Plate Neck Resistance 10 Reps
Downed by Melee
Consider using your legs to create distance between you and your attacker the next time. If don't have legs, ask Octane for advice on how he tricked Lifeline to get his.

10 Squats
Downed by Ordinance (Grenade or ult)
Your enemy utilized game mechanics other than just shooting a gun. After getting downed, you should bend over to throw the ordinance back! (Results may vary)

5 Jackknives
Died by Falling Off the Map or Died to Glitchly Geometry
Out of your insufficient knowledge of the map or following the wraith through her portal, either way, you jumped to your own death. If you died to geometry, clip that sh*t and complain about on the Apex subreddit till the devs fix it. Let off some of that anger by jumping up and down into pushups.

guide is fairly upper body based, for the larger folks i recommend making another guide more cardio and universally lower and upper body, also recommend a calorie deficit for even playing the game
