How to remove the ad itself.
1: Navigate to Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Borderlands 2 \ WillowGame \ CookedPCConsole (for BL2) or Steam \ steamapps \ common \ BorderlandsPreSequel \ WillowGame \ CookedPCConsole (for TPS)
2: Find the file called UI_Frontend_Upsell_SF.upk and delete it
3: Done

We do not understand why Gearbox Software and 2K Games, 2K Australia think that you need to advertise the Borderlands 3, imagine that you bought a movie and an advertisement for a vulkan comes out. We are against this advertisement, we bought your product, not downloaded it for free.
