Nice borders but the Roman Empire didn't really control Frisia much at all. Kinda dumb that it gives you a reconquest casus belli for Frisia. They controlled it for a few decades, but the Germanic tribes rose up and booted the Roman Empire out. The Roman Empire never even properly occupied Germania, just taxed the tribes as client states. They were trying to solidify their rule over Germania which is what caused the Germanics to tell the Romans to fuck off.
