The modular cargo stand version of my Flight hangar1 . This asset is similar to the modular cargo airport90 with parallel taxiway to the roadside connection for easier use for smaller cargo plane such as fighter jet, but now with a single way taxiway. You'll need a two way open hangar prop or building to cover this for best result .

I don't get your question. If you are asking which mod can allow you to select vehicles used in this building , then I will say that you can use "Vehicle selector1.4" to control the type of aircraft spawned
