Opis
Tired of having land armies march from city to city? No more land battles?

Well, fret not! With this mod, all land units have had their movement range reduced by 40% on the campaign map!


Disclaimer: Will only work with vanilla units, but as long as no changes are done to the General bodyguard units, it should work with new units as well. (No promises)

Above all, it causes more turns to catch up with the enemy. And it can last dozens of turns. No thanks.

It should now work with any mods as the movement is changed based on difficulty effects and I've created new tables separate from the original ones.

I see, thanks for the explanation and tip. I've created a new mod which uses difficulty modifiers instead. The reason I uploaded a new one is to not break the setup the users of this mod has today.

you said it only works with vanilla units, so didn't you edit unit tables instead of just making a difficulty modifier that reduces the movement by 40% for both player and AI?
I do have to say I like the idea and I use this mod, I just think it would've been implemented better by a difficulty modifier instead since that way it won't be over-ridden

Not sure I quite understood you there Lazy. This mod reduces the movement speed of all armies on land by 40%, AI and Player both on all difficulties.

Were you thinking about a version that scales the movement reduction based on difficulty?

Hmmm, Couldn't you have just made a difficulty modifier for all difficulties that affected both the AI and Player?
