Raising The Bar: Redux - Combine Voice Replacement

This addon replaces the voicelines and radio sounds of Civil Protection. All the sounds have been extracted from Raising The Bar: Redux.

The RTB:R team has just posted a teaser for the Division 2 update.

Judging by the contents of said teaser, Division 2 will include new Combine Soldier voicelines, which will be added to this addon once Division 2 releases. (This is purely my assumption, and Division 2 might not include Combine Soldier voicelines, contrary to what the teaser is leading me to believe.)
