I made maps for every floor and I hope it can help others to find rooms better.

The objects are randomized every time you start a new game! So be aware of that!

Edit: I added small grey circles in the rooms that are dark. The rooms that don't have a number or anything in them are locked from the beginning so you either can open them when the story continues or not at all. But since I don't wanna spoil anything like that I only added the hotel rooms.

I also made another Guide that is a complete Walkthrough.

I hope I can help you with it and that you enjoy the game as much as I do!

FYI, I e-mailed Tim Follin (the creator) and he told me that when Jimmy steals your keys after he catches U, the keys he takes end up back in the guest rooms but not in the default spawn locations they spawn in when U start a new game.

@designbylaurel I've made a fairly structural floorplan of the building. I posted my maps in the guide section. If you actually complete and make the building in sims, that'd be amazing and I'd love to see it!

I've noticed the different stairs don't quite match up. I've been trying to replicate it in Sims 4, but the floors don't line up properly.
