Talking to OMNI like described above also unlocks 2 video displays. One display is on the wall next to OMNI and the other one is on the opposite wall. Watching the video on this display got me the Gearhead achievement.

How did you get the Gearhead achievement? I went to all the product displays and it's not unlocking for me.
