@Wizard_ice @War Maiden as I said, the update isn't planned, but that doesn't mean that there will never be an update.
if i play this game again i'll probably update it too if i can because changing the game version in the mod won't fix the bugs, it just avoids an alert on the version, not more.

The AI does not utilize this. They literally do not have the code to know how.
This goes for the money cheat 'moolah' as well. You spy on them, you see they have a lot of money, but their progress is still standard issue.

Additionally, I hope another mod picks this up and revitalizes it.
It is a pity the author did not want to continue getting rep and kudos for merely changing the version number in their mod code.

Author. You need to fix this mod.
Installing this mod kills everyone's ability to fight anyone. Sure, I can add weapons to my schematics, but that does not help them, as they have their hands tied, literally.

That so called 'work around' doesn't work for everyone.
The fact that it resets everyone's weapon slots is the issue, you can even see it in your own screenshot. The game cannot fix this itself.

It is a great mod, if it only worked as intended.
