描述
A complete overhaul of the water experience in Garry's Mod. New sound system, dynamic particles, underwater effects, etc.

I really hope this addon provides the much-needed inspiration for some more underwater or heavily underwater-including maps in Garry's Mod.

Features
  • Improved standard gmod water material.
  • Refraction-based particles for all base half-life 2 water particles.
  • Dynamic underwater particles (bubbles, kicked up dust, damage effects, blood, etc).
  • Dynamic water dripping on all objects leaving submersion.
  • Underwater ambient sound.
  • Water sound muffling & more realistic underwater first person sound experience.
  • "Magnet" system for walking underwater. Ability to actually properly walk on terrain/props underwater and not start swimming off. Simply jump or run off a steep enough incline to return to swimming.
  • server-toggleable underwater post-processing. (sv_ew_screeneffects 0/1).
  • server-toggleable underwater footstep sounds (sv_ew_footsteps 0/1).

Other water-related addons I recommend:
  • Extinguishing Water - Extinguishes burning players/props when entering water.
  • Water System - (Performance Warning) A highly-realistic realtime wave distortion generator for water surfaces in Garry's Mod.

Legal/Credits

  • Frictional Games - SOMA - Step sounds, first person water transition sounds. Underwater sounds.
  • Bungie/Microsoft Game Studios - Halo 3 & Halo Reach - Water transition sounds, water textures.

Do we really really need the base for the enhanced water if we do what happens if we DON'T have it and install enhanced water?

i dont rlly like this mod bc the blood from ragdolls get on my nerves when i try to make vids, idk if u can disable i never checked
