A recent update changed something about the GGC which allows you to easily skip a big part of the heist, increasing its XP efficiency dramatically. The basic steps are surprisingly simple, so the video shows the basic roles that each player should be doing, as well as two example runs to fully demonstrate how it works. Overall, this is the most fun strategy I've played in a long time! :)

➽ COMPARSION TO OTHER XP FARMING VALUES?
· Shadow Raid: 22,000 base XP in ~2.5 minutes.
· Diamond Store: 20,000 base XP in ~1.5 minutes.
· Big Bank: 71,000~75,000 base XP in ~8 minutes.
· Golden Grin: 41,250 base XP in ~3.5 minutes.
The base XP value of the heist is quite close to Diamond Store. Obviously, something very important to consider when XP farming is the heist duration. The shorter a heist is, the faster you'll get a -30% XP penalty, and you also have to consider loading times (terminating contract, loading CrimeNET, buying the heist, loading the heist, loading in the pre-heist screen and then finally starting the heist). This process takes about 30 seconds easily, and has a larger impact on XP efficiency when the heist is shorter.
Certainly, something very important to consider is difficulty, but as shown in the video, the basic steps are quite simple, so a team of 4 good player should be able to easily pull it off.
