Adds the Paraguayan Civilization to Brave New World, with Gaspar de Francia as its Leader!. This mod features Custom Leader Music.




Paraguay Civilization
  • Leader:
    Gaspar Rodriguez
  • UA: Mestizaje: Receive an eighth of the highest Tourism value exerted against the empire as Culture. Great Works from other Civilizations and Great Works of Music generate +1 Production.
  • UU: Aca Caraya: Replacement for Cavalry. While inside owned territory may doble attack and ignores terrain cost
  • UB: Misiones: Replacement for Temple. +2 Faith. +1 Great Work of Music Slot. +1 Culture if the empire has at least one jungle tile

There's also an alternate version of the Trait and the Unique Building, check the "Alternate" folder within the files.

The 10th city built comes up with some sort of scripting error as the city's name.

This mod's Culture Overview lua is clashing with many of the more recent mods. If you have some free time, could you look into it please?

Paraguay was discovered in 1524, and became a country in 1811. Not sure why your portrait says 1880. Other than that great work

axatoramus haven't you seen Gran Colombia? It's Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, and Panama (under Colombian control until 1903). I know you may want more individual nations, but I think Gran Colombia is fine.

@seadong: I don't see how any of those mods would affect Misiones... and I can't replicate the issue with Mexico. Still, I'll try looking into it... When you use Paraguay without no mods can it build misiones?

@gameling: That's odd... it must be some sort of uncompatibility... are you running Paraguay with other mods?

To Gameling, Seadog and Fernquicksopechaparro, it might be some issue with Steam in the end (the file might have corrupted or something) I'd suggest downloading from CivFanatics just in case
