First of all, you have to go to the mirror park in LS.
One you're there, hold "Q" and switch to Still Slipping radio.
You're going to get a message from the radio. Now all you have to do is find 10 antennas, activate them, and get the cash.

There's 10 antennas on the entire map. You're going to get rewarded after every single activated antennas.
The more you activate, the more you get.
The first activation is going to give you $10.000
The secound one is $12.500
The third one is $15.000
4th is $17.500
5th is $20.000
6th is $22.500
7th is $25.000
8th is $27.500
9th is $30.000
And the last one is giving you $70.000
So the total money you get is $250.000

3.: Next to a farm
4.: Trevor's neighbor
5.: Next to Rebel Radio
6.: Behind the "VINEWOOD"sign
7.: Roof
8.: Roof
9.: Still on the Roof
10.: Roof again

After you activated all the antennas, you have to wait 10-15 minutes, and you're going to get a text/call. After this, you can listen to the radio anywhere.
