Step one : You have to use this app : Lossless Scaling

1- Open it :

Do app settings like this ss

2 : Open Cyberpunk and select lowest screen settings and graphic settings :


After, U have to press your ''Scale Hotkey'' in game.

U will see your game fit like that and your fps is up (Min 20-30 FPS up)
