Animated Neon Theater Sign by RoomMic

This is an animated sign for a theater, spelling out the word PALACE with a ring of running lights around it. This sign is based on the sign on the Palace Theater in Gallatin, TN. The AnimUV mod is not required for the sign to work. The animation cycles 80 times every minute.

The sign looks awesome! Theatre signs like these are mostly absent on the Workshop, so thanks for creating more variety.
