UPGRADE: SILVER FROM BRONZE = 10 Hours {600 Minutes} Operation maps time and 5 Competitive wins.
UPGRADE: GOLD FROM SILVER = 30 Hours {1800 Minutes} Operation maps time and 15 Competitive wins..

Hours can be achieved by playing on both casual and competitive Operation Phoenix maps only.

Competitive wins must be in Operation Phoenix maps only.

The operation coin shows your stats for overall wins in competitive matches, which includes the non operation map wins. Check on the top most statistics on the coin overlay to see your time logged and wins in operation phoenix wins.

UPDATE 25 Feb 2014: I am gold now with 30 hours and 15 wins. All info is verified now!!!!

UPDATE 22 Feb 2014: I am silver now with 10 hours and 5 wins. So far true as verified with user feedback.

UPDATE 23 Feb 2014: I have tried to answer some FAQ below.

Q) I have >5 wins and >10 hours on my coin but I am still bronze, why?

Ans) The coin logs two times,
1) The time spent in Operation Phoenix Maps(including casual and competitive play)
2) The time spent in Operation Phoenix Maps(including casual and competitive play) + Time spent in non operation competitive matches.(eg dust 2, inferno, mirage etc)

Please look at the upper time in the coin overlay for the time needed to upgrade your coin.
The time and statistics shown on the white area, in the coin overlay at the botton are combined stats from all competitive matches played during the time Operation is active.

Q) Can I log operation time in deathmatch?

Ans) Yes if you play deathmatch in Operation Phoenix Deathmatch your time will be logged for the coin upgrade.
