I find it funny that people keep supporting BLM despite it literally just being and out and out scam. Even if we ignore the ideological part of the thing entirely, the organisation itself is run by people who give their closest relatives cushy six figure salary jobs and yet do surprisingly little in the way of actually helping people despite claiming to be a non-profit charity.

Even if you don't see the implicitly divisive nature in the movement as a whole, I really don't get how people keep supporting the organisation when it's just a plain as day scam. If anything, someone who actually believes in the movement should be LESS tolerant to the fact that it's being exploited for personal gain. Surely even if you believe in the concept behind the movement you'd want to at least rebrand to stop supporting the outright scam organisation of the same name.
