This is a 3x2 straight (non-corner) L1 Commercial High building based on the Gucci flagship store in Cheongdam, Seoul. It is a stand-alone building, but it can also work wall-to-wall with the help of mods.

It is part of my Flagship Store collection Please support the collection and this asset by giving it a thumbs up!

Main Model: 4,661 tris / 1,024x1,024 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha maps
Custom LOD:  295 tris / 128x128 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha maps

Screenshots were taken with  Photorealistic_lut_Final_by_Reaper which I highly recommend. The asset has been fine-tuned for saturation and brightness but please feel free to leave me suggestions and I will consider tweaking it in further updates.

Of course, if you encounter any issues in-game, please post it below and I'll do my best to fix it. Finally, please thumbs up if you like this asset!

Thank you all. @arikantal I just meant technically you can squeeze it in between two buildings using a mod like Move-It!, unlike some other assets that are less blocky and won't work in that sense.

@hanson, in that case I don't know what the problem is. The only times people told me the buildings disappeared were when they placed it on the wrong tile type. Maybe you were using some mods that did something crazy with zoning. I would like to know more if you somehow manage to get to the bottom of this. There is nothing I can do, the asset is made from the simplest of templates -- straight L1 high commercial. It does not make any sense for it to disappear for no reason.
