Landable Gas Giants Patch: Less laggy parallax

Beschreibung
A quick patch for Landable gas giants that removes a ton of clouds from the parallaxes, should fix lagspikes when moving between biomes. Only works on newly generated gas giants, old ones will still have the old parallax.

Welp i had another crasing issue but its fixed. and apparently it was all my mods together that caused the issue

@HyperSpec as I said on the other mod, neither this or the base mod cause a crash themselves. Check your other mods.

@Darlit_Glitch fixed, now it should work, sadly it seems like it only works on newly generated planets.

just to be sure, I have to choose between this and the regular version of LGG, right?
Cause starbound isn't launching when I have both installed.
