Welcome to the Vanilla version of my Sunny Coast Map. This version is a 9 tile to 25 tile version for those that use limited to no mods. The trees outside the 25 tiles are filler with most of the detailing done within the 25 tiles.
Sunny Coast Theme and LUT not required but the map is intended to be used with them.
Base Theme: Tropical.

Tree Count: 250k
Suitable area for building: 74%

Connections:
2/4 Incoming Road Connections
2/4 Outgoing Road Connections
2/4 Rail Road Connections
2/4 Ship Route Connections ( 81 tile mod needed for ship route ) No shipping for 9 and 25 tiles.
4/4 Plane Route Connections

NOTE: 15/08/23: Would recommend using LushCoast Theme or CMF Theme with Clean.And.Clear LUT.
Better Quality Textures. Sunny Coast Theme and LUT are still there for use.

I just downloaded the map, and after looking at it and testing it, I think I'll make a great city on it. I love it. Thanks for your work. You make my life a little happier. ;)

G'Day LemonsterOG! the original theme and LUT for this map was the Sunny Coast ones that weren't that great So i added the more updated LushCoast and CMF theme with the clean.and.clear lut as substitutes.

@Snoozby -- As with the non-vanilla version of this map, there are multiple themes and LUT's listed as requirements, when only 1 of each can be used at a time. Theme could be mixed with the Theme Mixer mod, but that's not listed as a requirement.

This was perhaps the most beautiful map I ever played. Unfortunately, my beautiful city was gone in a computer glitch. However, after a while I decided to start another city in the same map, and it doesn't feel déjà vu. It is simply beautiful, thank you!
