Mod is Vibrant Reverie. The only real terraforming comes in terms of it killing cacti temporarily, the extra sand cleans itself out.

tho bosses terraforming the land (even if it's temporary) ain't my cup of tea, I say that idea has some potential. What mod adds in this boss?
