What is Mouse Acceleration.
Mouse Acceleration increases the speed of movement of your mouse pointer, depending on how fast you move it on the screen.

You are able to reach your target faster, however, this also means you will likely overshoot. Which is not what you want in an FPS game.
How to Disable.
You will need to find the Input.ini file located in your AppData folder here:

C:\Users\*YOUR USERNAME*\AppData\Local\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

NOTE: You will need to run the game once for the Indiana folder to pop up.

NOTE 2: You can also just copy

%localappdata%\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Input.ini

And paste into the Windows Start/Search Menu.

Once you open it, you will find that it is EMPTY. (Makes sense....)

Then enter in the following lines:

[/script/engine.inputsettings] bEnableMouseSmoothing=False

Save the file, and you are good to go.

Thank you so much for the guide! I remember playing this on launch and I had to stop because I couldn't deal with this and the game breaking bugs.

Now I understand why the game was feeling so weird. I guess my brain couldn't fathom that they didn't put the option in the game.

Smoothing is not acceleration though last time I checked.

i just bought the game thank you so much for this avoided me a headache. i play alot of fps this would have trigger me if didnt think you can change it.
