A solution for resolving the "Not enough storage is available to complete this operation" pop-up error that prevents you from launching the game.

Error. Does not compute.

This error is likely caused by a missing or disabled gameux.dll.

It is quite common for those running Windows 7 to disable this service as it causes problems with many games. But Renegade Ops needs it in order to launch.

The error of "Not enough storage is available to complete this operation" is caused - for whatever reason - by not having the gameux.dll or having it disabled.

You'll want to look at restoring your gameux.dll that is typically found in your \Windows\SysWOW64 or \Windows\system32 folder. I highly recommend using Ubeogesh-things[ubeogesh-things.blogspot.com] batch file solution to remove and restore this file at will. Remember, it must be run with administrator privilege to work properly.

There are also gameux.dll files available for download, but I don't know which are completely safe, so hopefully you have your own. Keep in mind, the 32-bit version and 64-bit version are probably not interchangeable.

Bonus, how to get rid of install loop (may only affect Win10/Win11)

Rename (or delete) installscript.vdf and the account control pop up should now show when you start game: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Renegade Ops\installscript.vdf"
