Explanation
This is not intended as a be-all, end-all way to play the game. This is not intended to become "the meta." This is more likely than not not even that useful for higher levels of play. This is simply me deciding I spent too much time trying to hash out all the different combinations necessary to allow myself to develop my disciples evenly and more or less mindlessly as my games progressed, and feeling this was substantial enough information to share with the others playing this game.

If you are happy with only training a handful of classes with your rituals, or don't feel it's worthwhile trying out oddball class and Commandment combinations, this guide may not be very useful at all to you. If that's not the case, then I hope the information I present here will help you as you need.

This guide is divided up by Commandments, and each Commandment has a table with all four of its Rituals as I determined would be the most efficient. The initial stats each Ritual for each Commandment trains is in bold. The classes the game considers the best fit for each Commandment are in bold, and each Commandment's unique class is also italicized. I found arrangements for all but one Commandment that allows the player to train every one of the 11 classes available to them with a single Ritual - for the exception, the last Ritual in the chart is split between two possibilities.

Madness is weird.
Perhaps fittingly, Madness was the one Commandment I could not find a way to fit every single class within all four Rituals. In the end, I was always left with two classes without any stat overlap. Therefore, I settled on the above arrangement that uses three of the Rituals available to train 9 of the available classes, including all of Madness' preferred classes, and left the fourth Ritual open to either train Guardians with a single addition, or Smiteswords with full additions.

Conclusion
Aside from noting how similar a lot of Commandents' Rituals tend to become across the board, there's not much else I had to share, other than that I found myself wishing Guardian was Health and Devotion instead of Health and Cunning while mulling over Madness' Rituals. If it is possible to fit all 11 available classes within four Rituals for Madness, please let me know.

Thank you for reading this guide, and happy Godhood-ing, everyone.
