players were introduced with "trust factor" just while ago but no one actually knows what is effective in trust factor.
it is just like when I was 9 years old and my father would say " yeah son, if you score well, I gonna buy you a bike" and i scored the best for 3 years in a row but never got anything, let alone the bike.
i have a feeling like someone is not honest here. we are being deceived here.

me and my friends have been on steam for last 8 years, no Vac, no Game ban and anything bad on our account. we all share 1000 hours or more on cs go and also have coins and medals and everything. but, ( this but is everything here ) we are getting matched against players with less than a year experience and often below level 20 ( which was required for prime status back in the day ).

none of my friend are pro players or anything like that, but we are mature players, we only want a fair game play and we want everything to be cleared.

is trust factor real ? i guess no, it is just doesn't make any sense, especially when you can ignore the whole thing by typing -notrust ( or something like that ) on game settings.
I spend like 2 hours each day to review overwatch casaes, and also trying my best not to be salty and getting reported or whatsoever. still whenever i play comp or wingman, I'm being matched against people with like 100 hours time play or even those with no steam profile.

Trust Factor can not be real if i'm getting matched against cheaters ( low ranks ) like 90% of the time i play comp.
