L4D1 Hazmat Retextured

Opis
Another fix? Nope, something different this time.

This replaces the L4D1 Hazmat Infected with the L4D2 CEDA Hazmat suit and again using the same gradient and texture files.

This can be used for population mods but they can also be seen on No Mercy.
