Visitor Info Center

Descrição
Based loosely on a visitor information center[images.adsttc.com] in Postojna, Slovenia. Never been there and I know little about the place, but it's a neat little building. Hopefully you'll find some use for it.

Asset info
Model tris: 310/74
Textures: 1,024/128

Colour-mapping affects the roof of the building slightly.

Footprint here is 1x3.

Nothing really to say. It's a visitor info centre park. It is a park structure - and stats are what you might expect for a smallish, low-level park. Costs 2,500 (I think) and upkeep is 24/week.

One entry point prop - and I did not change the surface, it's ground rather than the pavement you see in the screenshots. I figure everyone has Surface Painter.

So, obviously, no DLC or downloads required.

I took vids of its making for an asset creation tutorial. It'll take a while to stitch them together – probably I'll have those posted soon-ish.
Either way, please enjoy.

If you want to convert this little guy into something else, for a tourist commercial district or something, here[drive.google.com] are the source files. Just pop them in your import folder, load up the editor and pick a template.
