🔴 Do not kick anyone out of the game.
🔴 Become an active member of the Steam Community. Like profiles, comment on profiles, you can give Award if you like something. etc.
🔴 Get praise (commended) by your teammates.
🔴 Like guides like this.
🔴 Add more friends.
🔴 Do not report everyone in every match.
🔴 Raise your steam profile level.
🔴 Watch every overwatch-case, if you have a few minutes of free time between two matches.
🔴 Do not swear, do not be racist, do not get reported for griefing or abusive communications.


My personal suggestion, if you have a friend with a bad trust-factor:
do not play with them much, rather try to help them with the turst-factor thing, recommend them to watch some overwatch cases, and do the same thing you did before your high-trust-factor level.

I do not know if in-game badges help in trustfactor fixing, but the more badges refer to an older and more active user, so I think badges will only make it easier to fix trust-factor! (It is only my personal opinion)
