Step 0.5. Execute sv_cheats 1 in console.

Step 1. r_lod 200 (This makes models lower poly)

Step 2. mat_filterlightmaps 0 (This makes lighting blocky and squared)

Step 3. mat_filtertextures 0 (Makes the textures pixelated.)

Step 4. r_rootlod 7 (This Forces the game to a certain level of detail, going higher than 7 can cause issues as rootlod forcefully lowers poly count)

Step 5. mat_fullbright 1 (This makes the lighting less proper.)

Step 6. Go to your settings, video, and advanced, and make every option in there the lowest possible.

Step 7. Go to your settings, audio, and set the sound quality to either "Medium" or "Low".

Step 9. Turn on "Minecraftify"

Step 10. mat_bumpmap 0 (disables 3d materials) (this command wasn't featured in screenshots so I'm not sure what this will look like once in-game.)
