One of a collection of numerous Level1 residential homes that will create a semi-scumy low level residential area. I have tried to make lots of variety between houses in this series so that you don't see obvious repeats of houses in your subdivision.

This house is Level 1, 2x3, with 4 colour variations.

The models are mostly all from King Leno's excellent ResLow and Shotgun Houses, but I have resized and redecorated them using stock props.
