Swing Editing in Options

The biggest issue many new and returning players will have is that the "Swing Speed" mechanic is fairly unforgiving at first. This option can be disabled or turned off in the Settings. Go to the "Difficulty" settings in the options and change the swing difficulty, or just disable Swing Speed.

It is also recommended to go to the training and "tune" your swing. This will help a little but ultimately going into the difficulty settings will result in the most drastic change to difficulty.

Remember that online ranked games will always default to the more difficult option, where the swing difficulty is Pro and swing speed is enabled.

@FatesWebb Did you take wind speed and direction into account during your testing?

@southak I'm not 100% sure about mouse settings, as I use a controller, but for me, the speed I move my joystick determines the "Slow" or "Fast" of the shot. I highly recommend a controller for this game.

I still have no ideas what "slow" or "fast" means in terms of what I am doing. I am using a mouse on PC; does it mean I am not moving the mouse forward quickly enough, or fast enough or to far across the desk?

that setting was on by default, and no it doesnt help. I am so pissed that what I was sold is basically a broken assed game. thanks for trying to help, but it was just more time wasted trying.

The thing is this, I have done some testing, and you can put out a perfectly straight swing and it will still claim you curved it when you didnt, that means youre not playing the game the game is playing you....

I can get my player to hit the ball when in training, however when I go to a tournament I cannot get him to swing. Not even a practice swing

They need to Disable the Swing Timing Hook/Slice In Match 2V2 online Play. its hard to play a dissent game when that's on. And why is it that you can Disable it in your settings, but you can't Disable it in online match play ??
