Trick to instant boost your trust factor is to review Overwatch case before you enter matchmaking. Start doing it and you will see the diference. I tried this method for a while and I noticed that every time I didn’t reviewed it before match I got more toxic players in game. One more good thing with overwatch is that you get reward points for every correct verdict.

1. Make your Steam profile more complete
 
    Add more details like name, bio, phone number…
    Make it public
    Have Steam Guard turned on
    Get higher steam level
    Get Prime status in game
 
2. Get more hours in game
   
    It means to play game a lot. Of course without external programs!
    When you get more hours in game you will get overwatch
 
3. Become an active member of the Steam Community
 
    Write guides
    Start discussions
    Comment on many different profiles, discussions and guides
    Reward and like guides
    Add more friends
 
4. Don’t be toxic!
 
    Don’t cheat!
    Don’t block your teammates and don’t harm your teammates in game
    Don’t abuse voice chat in game (don’t scream or stream music ingame!)
    Don’t spam on peoples profiles
    Don’t try to scam someone
    Don’t use profound language
    Don’t grief
    Don’t irritate and harass other players
    Don’t get reported
Don't leave game before end (don't rage-quit)

5. Be healthy player in game
 
    It is really tough part to be calm in situation where you are having good streak and your  
    teammates are having bad day killing anyone.
    Be supportive towards your teammates
    You are team, help them, don’t vote kick them right away
    If they are good praise them and give them commends
    If you with your three friends in premade match are not native English speakers, don’t
    exclude the fifth guy from game
    Find common language with everyone
    Wish good luck to enemies before game
    Say GG after game no matter if you lose
    Be positive
 
6. Get praised by your teammates
 
    If you are healthy player and healthy Steam Community member you are easily going to be
    praised
 
    Get commends in game
    Get +rep on profiles
    Get rewards
