Report a translation problem
I had 4 janitors, 2 with trash being their only duty - and every food truck available.
Thank you so much for your additional information. I went back to my save to see what I've done, so I could update the information. I'll also add some info about this in the tips-section.
What worked for me was having long grass around the fences / red areas (you can see those in privacy view), giving me close to max privacy. I honestly never really focussed that much on the medium aspect or the certain levels of intrusion, I just maxed it all out with long grass and those high end fences. So I sadly can't awnser that question. :(

Privacy, 2nd ship:
When is an intrusion "medium"? A medium intrusion is e.g. at "intrusion level" 7. First, I thought only the colour is imporant (yellow), but when I had intrusions at level 9 (also yellow) it didn't work out. So I worked my way up to intrusion level 25 and than downwards. I don't know if level 8 is also "medium" as well, but level 7 definitely is.
