Surely holding onto Real estate will bring you in the same amount per turn as you would get from the profit? It makes much more economic sense to hold onto it. I was on 10k real estate income by turn 50 of my first run. That was super helpful in keeping afloat!

I need to look it up, it was a while ago... :) But i think I always lent out money to them, and fear them so in the end of the turn they couldnt pay it back.

I have a question. How do you complete the achievement: Killer. Where you bankrupt the competition as I tried to use fear and activate the maximum slot that takes away 500k gold from the banks. However, this option tends to be too slow to activate, where the banks recuperate. And now the banks have 1 mil or 2 mil of their total value, making them immune to be instantly bankrupt. How do you complete this achievement?
