How to:
1-Open Folder -> ...\Command - Modern Operations\Symbols\StartMenu
2-Move out from folder the original file "GlobeLoop.mp4"(save it somewhere else in case you want to put it back)
3-Unzip and Paste the new file "GlobeLoop.mp4"(that u can download here http://www.bsmclan.altervista.org/F35Theme.zip )in a folder ...\Command - Modern Operations\Symbols\StartMenu
4-Copy and Paste FirstFrame image too
5-Lunch CMO

This is UNOFFICIAL
it is simply mod a draft video I edit this clips to replace and customize the initial title menu animation.
(I have yet to finish making improvements to immages,logo and clips)
