OopsTV2, Moonshine is an extremely useful tool. With the increased speed, decreased front/back drag and increased right/left drag, its EPIC for ramming, and beyond that, for a desperate sprint past a Galleon Broadside, or to get behind hard cover, or even soft cover. Or if you're on a Pyra with a good engie who knows that you can hit the main engine from below, you have nothing to worry about and can use it for capping points.

I've never actually used it, I just said that it never seemed like it was particularly practical. I'm not saying it's actually crap, sorry :/
