Biome Brushes & Vegetation
What you will need to start off is three biome brushes located in the tables tab.

Next you will need to get some of your favourite trees from the vegetation tab and colour them to a desired colour. The way I colour my trees is by giving them a more lush and fresh green than the ground below them. The trees I have used are mainly oak and one pine tree as shown below.

Next you will get some of your favourite bushes and shrubs to put in your second brush. I usually paint them the same colour as the trees but nothing is stopping you from going with a different colour.

Lastly is your grass. The colour I usually go with to paint the grass is a green close to or almost the same as the ground it will be placed on. In terms of what kind of grass to use, I prefer the small cluster ground shrubs and the tall pointed grass clumps as shown below.
Placement
Now that you have your biome brush filled up with your favourite trees, grass, ect. You now need to find an area to fill in with scenery.

Now that you have an area picked out for your scenery it is time for the trees. Depending on if you want a dense forest or a light forest you can hold shift as you are placing to add scenery faster. I usually go with a dense forest ,BUT do keep in mind that the denser the forest the more of an impact on framerate (FPS) it will have.

Don't forget to apply your changes to reduce lag as you are placing any scenery items.

Next, I put down shrubbery and bushes. This will fill the gap between the trees and the ground in turn making the forest look very lush and full. Place your shrubbery a little bit heavier at the woodline and then go lighter as you go out to the full forest. This will save your framerate (FPS) from dropping due to loading items that aren't seen as much.

Lastly is the grass. The grass is what will likely eat your fps on most maps due to the amount people place, I have found that less is better visually and is smother on your fps. The way you place it is on the woodline going up to where the grass will stop like a road or tracks.

Reminder! More grass isn't always key to good looking layouts, even in real life you will find parts where the grass is shorter or taller. Grass is very unique and mostly grows in clumps or clusters. So bare spots are perfectly fine and realistic and can also add more to your layout than you think!

There we have it! Quick and beautiful scenery!

Do you think that when you are done placing trees and other things to it does it lag?

Press F4 and set the surface snapping too off or some to get the trees to stay up right :stray_robot:

Do you manually have to upright trees you place on hills or mountains? Is there an easier way to get trees to face upright?
