Step one: play with friends
having a 5 stack with people you will improve your matches dramatically as you dont have to worry about toxic throwers or hackers.

Step 2: Practice
belive it or not, but youtube videos wont make you a pro, and neither will only playing comp, spend time in workshop maps, and offline in bot maps. just 15 minutes daily will improve your skill and aim signifigantly.

Step 3: Get good
Stop reading guides and start playing, the sooner you start the sooner you get better
