For the paths, enable 'Select Grid' and click on the yellow wall of the house. From there you can lay down the path from the entrance up to the wooden shack (in which you've to put in 2 benches)

Only 2 items from the DLCs are used.
1) the Painted Pillars in the barn (inside) and
2) The spiked fence on the 3 sides of the yard.
