EvametryE, that didn't work. Not sure if this is just some odd quirk with my game or what. I also didn't have LSM until after I read your post, and don't see an option for "don't load duplicates" on LMS. All your other builds, including the more recent Clevelands, work fine.

Apparently LSM disables the single building version because it thinks its a duplicate of the triple row variant (because theyre submeshes), you need to disable the ''dont load duplicates'' option in LSM for it to work.

I'm having the same issue that a couple of others mentioned. When I plop this, it comes out as four houses, all together, and it is a tourist spot. Is there something I need for this to work correctly?
