I actually used a model of Alma Wade from F.E.A.R. 2, which I found a while back on the GMod workshop. Naturally, I had to do some modifications to it - I've changed the dress texture (originally it was red) and also decompiled the model and made her slightly taller to make her look at least remotely like Samara/Sadako.

what model you use for samara? this is great btw
