I repainted a bit and celebrate this nice asset, here.

When I'm about to place the building, it shows a red circle of noise around it, so most definitely it is causing noise just like some other assets do in the game, ie. railwaystations etc. Also a larger green ring of fun can be seen. Was this building first commercial or something else and then transformed to residential? When I have time, I'll open it up in the editor to see if that shows anything unusual. I`ve got the same problem as Stealthy. At first I thought this way the result of the surrounding leisure area, but it appears that the building itself is the problem:/

No idea what mod that could be as none of them affect noise side of things and this is the only building suffering from this. Roof structure and balconies emit max amount of noise.

Lovely building but it's generating so much noise on its own that everyone leaves the building. All the roof stuff and balconies are glowing red when looking at noise overlay. Is that normal?
