Steam profile editing has undergone significant changes as part of the recent community profile overhaul. One of the changes was removing the option of not setting a country. This guide will help you solve this problem

• Navigate to edit profile page
  
  
• Open console: Ctrl + Shift + J
  or F12 and select Console tab
  
  
• Insert the following code:
  

  $J('[name="country"]').val('')

  Tip: Triple click inside of the rectangle to select all text
  
  
• Press Enter button to execute it and close the console
  
  
• Hit Save on the page
  
  
• Congratz! Now you have country removed from your Steam Profile!
