The problem is you can't rev your chainsaw for more than 5 seconds, and 2 of which are used for just starting it up in the PTB. No add-ons btw

Billy's moderate, like I'd say he's a tiny bit OP, but not as bad as the cannibal face campers. People who play billy tho? Fucking cancer. Like honestly the worst killers in the game play Billy

if you played billy against red ranks 1000+ hours you will know why billy is super balanced and unplayable in the next patch.
