Beskrivelse
This is a 2x3 straight (non-corner) L1 Commercial High building based on the Chloe building in Seoul. It works best as a wall to wall building.

It is part of my Flagship Store collection Please support the collection and this asset by giving it a thumbs up!

Main Model: 792 tris / 1,024x1,024 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, normal maps
Glass (incorporated into main model as sub-mesh):  2 tris / 64x64 texture / diffuse, specular, alpha maps
Custom LOD:  60 tris / 128x128 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha maps

Screenshots were taken with  Photorealistic_lut_Final_by_Reaper which I highly recommend. The asset has been fine-tuned for saturation and brightness but please feel free to leave me suggestions and I will consider tweaking it in further updates.

Of course, if you encounter any issues in-game, please post it below and I'll do my best to fix it.Finally, please thumbs up if you like this asset!

I adore your shops, the ones with modelled interiors are gorgeous. Thanks for sharing them!
I noticed in the thumbnail for a lot of them there's a prop that looks like a tree with LEDs, like pictured on this page.
Do you know where I can find that asset? It's something I love seeing in general

I absolutely love all your little shops! I'm a builder who likes to manicure and customise every single property - even with 100,000 population. Having something familiar is always a treat that just makes all the effort have that much more payoff when building a city! Your shops are perfect! <3
