I farmed up 660 hours on the game and that seemed to do the most for my trust, I got a lot of commends like 800, and played regularly. I bought another game it was black ops 3 since it was on sale and I wanted it I farmed some hours on there. I also have Rust so I left all 3 games open all day all night.

I went all the way to green using those methods, and now that I have deranked more since I have been playing with smurfs and cheaters I am now a SEM instead of a MG. When I do get in a game with people who are legit and actually are supposed to be in that rank I get reported for "cheating" when I don't cheat and I am just better. FIX THIS MATCHMAKING, it is a cycle that is unbreakable. Once I got out of red it was only a few games where no message popped up at all. But it only took 2 games for my no message to come up red again FIX MATCHMAKING for the people who enjoy and are more skilled at the game?

Fun fact: I got out of low trust again just by losing 7 games and bottom fragging without getting reported or kicked. It also helps to leave your game on overnight.
At one point my playtime in the past 2 weeks was 200+ hours.
